In 1971, Phil Knight, who at the time was the co-founder of Nike was in search for a new logo for his company. He contracted graphic design student Carolyn Davidson to create what we now know as the Nike swoosh. He paid Carolyn $35. In Carolyn's perspective the logo represented Nike, the greek goddess of victory. On today's podcast Rob talks about whether or not Carolyn Davidson was underpaid for the $35 she received for making the logo of a company that would go on to be worth billions. So was she underpaid?
