In the fast-paced city of Beijing, people flowed like silky noodles through the bustling streets and alleys, weaving together a complex and wonderful daily life. In a narrow alley deep in old Beijing's Xicheng district, nestled among the blue bricks and red tiles, there was a traditional dumpling restaurant. A sign hung high at the entrance, with four elegant characters that read "Lai Wei Dumpling Restaurant." The font looked dignified, showing its age. The owners of the dumpling restaurant were three friends: Li Wei, Chen Wei, and Wang Wei. They were all locals of Beijing, and people affectionately referred to them as the "Three Wei."
