Welcome to Episode 5 of the Drumwell Podcast! This month I had the pleasure of chatting to my good friend Austin D'Amond (Chimaira, Devildriver, Vended, Bleed The Sky) about all things drumming, exercise, diet, sobriety and general wellbeing! We had a fantastic conversation and really get some great insight into Austins approach to drums, health, wellness and life in general. 

I first met Austin in 2012 at the NAMM show in SoCal, and over the years have had the pleasure of touring together, workouts, great hangs and conversations, as well as seeing each other grow in life and music.  This was a fantastic free flowing conversation and I'm very grateful for Austin giving me his time and insights from his many years of playing at an elite level.
