865: Host Fred Greene has just returned from a 2 week - 5 city, vacation/adventure in Japan. During their time in Kyoto, the group met and meditated with Zen Buddhist Monk Obayashi at Temple Senkoji. When the topic of sitting vs moving/walking meditation was brought up, Monk Obayashi mentioned that he has read Zen Golf by Dr Joe Parent. Immediately upon his return, Fred shared the clip with Dr Parent who wanted to discuss it on this episode.
