This Week on The Brie Pod: Nathan Niles, School Counselor + Former Prevention Educator joins me to talk about safety, prevention, and how important it is to start having conversations regarding safety for school-age kids.
We discuss the importance of:
1. Encouraging children to talk about their concerns and to express their feelings; validate their feelings
2. Creating safety plans with your child.
3. Keeping the dialogue going
