Welcome to Last Call, a look at the biggest stories Jim and Greg covered over the past week on the 3 Martini Lunch.

This week, they discuss a terrific defense of capitalism in the face of CNN lefties trying to tie it to white supremacy, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel telling Jews to put the world's needs before their own survival, a Virginia mom getting convicted and put on a child abuse registry for letting her child take a walk, and actor Ryan Reynolds trashing the '80s.

First, they applaud CNN panelist Kmele Foster for his robust defense of capitalism and how it is absurd for the left to try to link it to white supremacy as James Talarico and others have tried to do. Jim also explains that the frustrations many people think they have with capitalism is really the result of government regulation.

Next, they're stunned as Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, who is Jewish, tells Jews in her state that the world's needs are more important than their self-interest and survival. Jim and Greg explain just how insane this thinking is and what it tells us about Democratic Party politics.

Then, they fume as police and child protection officials in Virginia convict a mom of five for contrubuting to the delinquency of a minor and place her on a child abuse and neglect registry for allowing her five-year-old son to take a walk alone in their neighborhood.

Finally, they refuse to let actor Ryan Reynolds get away with calling the 1980's a "brutal, brutal time." Jim and Greg extol the greatness of the '80s and explain why Reynolds has no idea what he's talking about.
