Today on the A Bit From Within Podcast I dive into the subject of dealing with criticism. Ugh, such a fun topic right? Haha. It's a really hard subject because while facing criticism can make you better, it can also be extremely painful.
I share my take on my struggles with giving and receiving criticism, and some of the foundational elements I believe in with the subject as well.
I also stand firm that it is up to each of us individually to decide if the feedback we are receiving is actually true for us or not. We do not have to believe everything about ourselves that someone else says to us.
Also this week I share about all of this mercury retrograde energy and how to use it for your highest good, preparing for the new moon later this week (guide coming soon), and all the planets in Aquarius right now!
