David Wager works as a Security Consultant, helping clients navigate the increasingly complex security challenges faced by modern organizations. Effective security requires more than responding to incidents after they occur; it involves identifying risks, reviewing existing controls, understanding vulnerabilities, and developing practical measures that can strengthen an organization’s ability to prevent, detect, and respond to threats. In his role as a Security Consultant, David Wager focuses on translating security concerns into understandable recommendations and practical steps that organizations can incorporate into their operations. This may include reviewing security procedures, assessing potential risks, identifying areas for improvement, supporting security planning, and encouraging a proactive approach to protection. A strong security strategy should take into account technology, people, processes, physical environments, and operational requirements. David Wager’s consulting perspective is centered on helping clients understand these interconnected areas and make informed choices about their security priorities. By taking a structured approach to security assessment and planning, organizations can work toward improving resilience, reducing avoidable exposure, and maintaining greater confidence in their security practices.
