Dave Stanfill of Canton, Ohio based Alignment Engine made a presentation to a special Public Review Meeting in the Chillicothe High School Auditorium Tuesday. 
In his presentation, Stanfill said the company plans to place a data center and circuit board manufacturing facility on 6.5 acres of the Paper Mill's former Chilpaco side of South Bridge Street and Eastern Avenue. Stanfill says the data center portion is not the style of those being built in other parts of the country. He referenced the center as a data hauler. 
Stanfill explains the company is not erecting new buildings, rather using the exisiting structure. 
The plans are to employ 240 permanant jobs, of which 73 positions are currently posted on the company website at alignmentengine.com.
