Having a blood sugar monitor and checking blood sugars before eating, 30 minutes after, 1 hr the 2hrs to test what foods raise your blood sugar. I absolutely can’t eat rice. My sugar goes through the roof.

I work at a retirement living community. Yes, the same kind in the Sopranos. We have a section for memory care and assisted living. A couple weeks ago this evil bitch aide that works there was trying to get one of the elderly ladies dressed and the elderly lady called her the 'n word' and this evil bitch punched her in the face! There was 2 other aides in the room and they didn't report it so all 3 were fired on the spot. Cops were called and I think the family is going to press charges hopefully. I hope they go to jail.

Dont take insulin unless you are type 1. Just test blood sugar and avoid foods that spike it. Jason fung is a canadian nephrologist who has helped diabetics get off insulin. He promotes intermittent fasting and diet to manage type 2 diabetes. Alcohol has lots of sugar and obviously sodas and fruit juice do too

Cinnamon helps keep the sugar from spiking as high after eating.

So I'm wondering if antibiotics and steroids and infection caused his diabetes to flare up again. You all should consider getting a blood sugar monitor and just checking it for a while to see if he actually needs insulin. Chris has to avoid white rice and sugary cheesecakes and sodas even though he loves cheesecake and sushi rolls. If he watches what he eats he doesnt need the insulin anymore. Hopefully he doesnt get another bad sinus infection again

He had a sinus infection that lasted from October to February. He went through 2 rounds of antibiotics and 2 rounds of steroids. Those didnt help so he just said F it and lived with it. He had an appointment with the ear eyes nose doctor in March but thankfully his infection ended in February. Well around that time in October he had to be put on a second blood pressure medicine and he started taking insulin again.

Sometimes my husband (diabetes since may of 2020, it was 800 went to ER) wears a constant glucose monitor on his arm for 2 weeks each monitor. At one point he went 3 days without insulin and ate burgers and pizza and his blood sugar was fine. He stopped insulin for a while, but in 2021 he had a sinus infect

It might interest you to look up the etymology of the word nurse and nunns. It is very interesting. To long to post for you here. Lukewarm, not hot, not cold. They stop halfway to the truth because they found a comfort zone that fits their perameters. The dark side will use the remnant as the scapegoat, as they will lump us in with the "middle". The world will not see the difference. Part of the plan. The number of the Remnant will not change no matter how they play this out or use us as a scapegoat. It's more than frustrating to watch, but it's part of God's plan of seperating the wheat from the tares.
