We change the pace a little bit for Episode 161 as we welcome first time guest Sysco Murdoch and return guest Steve Stockton to the show to speak about the new book they are working on about Sysco's personal experiences. We speak about her childhood experiences, helping spirits cross over, and what these may or may not mean. We were also lucky to be joined by Steve as he was a little under the weather and dealing with some sinus issues but it didn't prevent us from getting a story or two from him.
