In this episode I continue the Chakra Energy Series helping you to gain a deeper understanding of each chakra, its role in your life and how you can determine if you chakras are blocked or free flowing. We continue today with the 5th Chakra - The Throat Chakra......the chakra of communication. 
The throat chakra is the first of the spiritual chakras, as I touched on last week in the episode on the heart chakra (the middle point between the spiritual and earth chakras).
As you work through each chakra (there is an episode for each one of them), you are preparing yourself to share your voice and to know that your voice matters.
