Greg Twemlow’s article, "How to Compose Your Future in AI’s Defining Moment," presents AI’s rapid evolution as a "Kairos moment"—a unique and fleeting opportunity for humanity to actively shape its future. Twemlow argues that individuals must become "Composers of AI" rather than passive observers, utilising AI as a tool for "Breakout Autonomy" to transcend traditional limitations. He introduces the FifthSense framework, an approach inspired by musical harmony and the Golden Ratio, emphasising active listening, co-design, and the blending of mathematics and creativity as essential for navigating and thriving in this new era. The article outlines practical steps for engaging with AI, such as empathetic prompting, asynchronous composing, discernment, creative remixing, and leading with shared authorship, all underpinned by a philosophy of servant leadership to foster collective growth and enduring value. This integrated approach, Twemlow asserts, allows individuals to cultivate their "human musicality" and avoid becoming obsolete in the AI-driven world. Read the article.
