This was my first time competing in years. Things however didn't exactly go to plan... such is sport, and such is life! But there are many positives that can be taken away from such an event in life. You either get down on yourself and the situation or you look for the many positives that come out of it.
The last few months of training have been a joy, and whatever the MRI shows I'm sure I'll be more than equipped to handle!
