Ro: Într-o dimineață însorită, orașul București era plin de viață și zgomot.
En: On a sunny morning, the city of Bucharest was full of life and noise.

Ro: Ana se grăbea pe străzile aglomerate, către cafeneaua ei preferată din centrul vechi.
En: Ana was hurrying through the crowded streets towards her favorite café in the old town.

Ro: Avea un palton albastru și o geantă mare de piele.
En: She wore a blue coat and a big leather bag.

Ro: În mintea ei, o întâlnire importantă cu un vechi prieten care tocmai se întorsese din străinătate își făcea loc printre gânduri.
En: In her mind, an important meeting with an old friend who had just returned from abroad was weaving through her thoughts.

Ro: Între timp, Matei, un student la Arhitectură, stătea la o masă în colțul aceleiași cafenele.
En: Meanwhile, Matei, an Architecture student, was sitting at a table in the corner of the same café.

Ro: Cu ochii în calculatorul său, nu observă cum cafeneaua se umplea treptat.
En: With his eyes on his computer, he didn't notice the gradual filling of the café.

Ro: Părul său brunet era neîngrijit, iar ochelarii să rămâneau ușor înclinați pe nas.
En: His messy brown hair and slightly crooked glasses rested on his nose.

Ro: Ana păși în cafenea, ochii ei căutând în mulțime.
En: Ana stepped into the café, her eyes scanning the crowd.

Ro: Zări un profil familiar și, cu inima bătând puternic, se îndreptă rapid spre masă.
En: She spotted a familiar profile and, with her heart beating fast, quickly made her way to the table.

En: "Oops, I'm so sorry!"

Ro: " exclamă Ana, alergând să aducă niște șervețele.
En: exclaimed Ana, rushing to fetch some napkins.

Ro: Matei se întoarse, surprins, dar răbdător, "Nu-i nicio problemă, accidentele se întâmplă.
En: Matei turned around, surprised but patient, "It's okay, accidents happen."

Ro: "După ce curăță dezordinea, Ana își ceru scuze repetat.
En: After cleaning up the mess, Ana apologized repeatedly.
