❓When expectations do not meet reality, can you slow your breathing down?
❓When pressure is at is it's highest, are you comfortable performing your tasks?
❓Does tension arrive during key moments of truth?
🏆When you face adversity, relax and look it in the eye without blinking. Then focus beyond it to what they want.
