You may not be aware but there is such a thing of 'recoverable rental charges' owners can obtain from their tenants. In Episode 12, Part 2, we get more into details about how tenants are charged (there are two different methods) and calculations. You also get to see how bad Gail's English sometimes is when she doesn't know the English word for 'forfait'!
