Prior to acquiring her position at GraceKennedy, Suzanne was Awarded a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of the West Indies Mona and a Master of Science in Environmental Change from the University of Oxford, England. She then began working for the non-profit organization, Jamaica Environmental Trust and advocated for environmental conversation about environmental issues in Jamaica while promoting sustainable practices in various sectors, creating and spearheading the "Nuh Dutty Up Jamaica" campaign, and eventually becoming JET's CEO. At just 33 years old, in 2019, Forbes Magazine named Suzanne one of the most Powerful Women Leading the Sustainability Movement.
