Michele Giess is the Superintendent of Richland Newhope.  The organization started back in the 1960's and supports individuals in Richland County who have a developmental disability. They work with other partners in the community and families to support the individual, along with helping them access other services.  Michele has been with Richland Newhope for 35 years, and has been Superintendent for 7 years.  The organization in total has around 200 staff members.
