San Diego city hall declares war on our Founding Fathers and men, because we don't want to offend or exclude anyone. Too late! The city directed employees to stop using words like mankind, manpower, gentleman’s agreement and Founding Fathers. So much for free speech.

Fortunately, after receiving notice to comply with the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution or else, San Diego has reversed its attempt to force employees to speak in “gender-neutral” terms.

The gender pay gap is a lie to further divide us. When details like education, background, industry or job categories, hours worked, and other variables are considered, the gender pay gap almost entirely disappears.
