From Julian Solak, Prefect of House Augustine:

This is Julian Solak. I am now a junior and I am beginning my second year at Our Lady of Victory. This year I am also serving as prefect for House Augustine. Chesterton Academies prepare students to triumph over the challenges of our modern world and to accept our Lord's offer to have life and have it abundantly.

My experience at Our Lady of Victory has been so full of richness. It has developed my spiritual life through frequent reception of the Sacraments and through the development of my understanding of the Faith and through better knowledge of Sacred Scripture. It has taught me how to truly think in light of the great philosophers, and how to look at the world. Further, it has helped me to grow my writing and mathematics and has given me a more full understanding of the history and culture of the West.

Our Lady of Victory is committed to making tuition affordable for even the largest of Catholic families. To that end, our school is holding a Giving Day on October 7. To cover the costs of my education, beyond my tuition, I need to raise $5,000 this year, which pays for teacher salaries, building costs, and formation events. This means I will need at least 10 people who will assist me with a monthly gift of $40 to $200 by October 7. However, any contribution you can give toward this cause is greatly appreciated.
