Cannibalism is one of humanity's great taboos. Not only does the consumption of human flesh bring to mind the atrocities of Jeffrey Dahmer or Leatherface, but it also sickens the stomach to imagine feasting on a human corpse. However, murderous cannibals are only part of the history of cannibalism.
