Reducing Recidivism through the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People on the Inside Program.
Listen to Jeff Carney of Franklin Covey and the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People talk about his mission is to make a positive difference in people's lives, to help organizations get better, sustainable results through proven processes, and to help leaders lead. One of the unique things I have had the honor of working on for several years is the 7 Habits on the Inside. It teaches inmates and staff how to lead themselves. Offenders often change incorrect paradigms, take responsibility for their actions, develop effective communication skills, and strive to create a positive legacy. For staff and officers, our processes help give back the years they lose working in an extremely stressful environment.
