The business Bona fides of this particular story are dubious. I found the article on a website called Business Insider so that's gotta count for something. A lot of the Business Insider article talks about how this is a situation where you need to enjoy it while you can because this developer is probably going to get a cease and desist from Nintendo relatively quickly.
