British artist, muralist, and meditation teacher, Jo Jayson will join us from the East Coast to teach us about Healing and Balancing through the Chakras, her healing meditation workshops, and her Goddess Chakra Series of paintings. Retired veteran, Master Sergeant Will Williams will be back to fill us in on his latest fund-raising event, raising money to help over 2,000 children GET BACK TO SCHOOL. Musician, Rolando Garcia, will fill us in on his music and we'll be playing some of his music! And I will talk about managing pain through mindfulness.
