Dr. Nafeesa Jalal brings a wealth of experience in the non-profit, humanitarian, academic, research, public and private sectors, both in Canada and internationally. N. She holds a Doctorate in Public Health from the University of the Western Cape, South Africa. Dr. Jalal is also a Lecturer with Seneca College Health Sciences. Pre-Covid, she was the host of her own T.V. show, Health and Wellness with Dr. Nafeesa Jalal. She is of Bangladeshi-Canadian background. With her love for travelling (71 countries and counting), having lived in 11 countries, and speaking 4 languages fluently, she prides herself on being a global citizen. In her free time, she models and is internationally published. Women’s issues have always been of utmost importance to her and she wishes everyone a very celebratory International Women’s Day 2021!
