Today, with great enthusiasm, I announce my candidacy for Mayor of Mississauga. I am confident that my skills, experience, leadership, and innovative ideas will serve our city well.

Unlike many other candidates who are currently serving as councillors, I believe that fresh perspective from someone familiar with Mississauga's issues but not currently on council is what our city needs to thrive.


As a resident of Mississauga for the past 24 years, I am deeply committed to the well-being and progress of our community. My extensive involvement includes serving as Co-Chair of the Mississauga City Summit for seven years, President of the Mississauga Arts Council for two years, on the Board for seven, and contributing to various municipal and federal campaigns across the city for two decades.


Throughout my corporate career, I've had the privilege of working on impactful projects such as master-planned communities with Walt Disney, downtown planning and negotiations with The Ottawa Senators, and overseeing property developments across the GTA, BC, Texas, and Florida with a major real estate firm. With over 35 years of experience as CFO and COO of several companies, I bring a wealth of relevant corporate expertise to the table.


The current Mississauga Mayor by-election presents a pivotal moment for our city. It's a time for all citizens to reflect on the pressing issues we face, including:

* A housing crisis.
* Affordability challenges and bureaucratic red tape.
* Congestion, transit, and transportation issues.
* Governance distractions leading to a lack of democracy.
* Visionary leadership deficit.
* Safety and crime concerns.
