Book of #Hebrews #SonofGod #Melchisedec Pt11 on Sound the Shofar

Melchisedec arises again as we continue to cover chapter seven of Hebrews. This brings us to part 11 in the Book of Hebrews Son of God. The point is driven home in this chapter by having the name Melchisedec found in Six verses. We look at these verses in the intro and then move forward. For the type and the message are unmistakable here. For a lost and dying world, the mercy and grace of God, along with his love and foreknowledge reveal a plan that began before time did. You are not alone nor without help for the Ancient of Days knew you before you were born. He has a plan and a message for you today.

Melchisedec is found nine times in #NewTestament. Six of those are in chapter seven where we are at. The other three are also found elsewhere in #Hebrews. Nine times connecting the #Lord and his #Priesthood to this one Priest. Here we find a priest of the #mosthigh #God. He is one who #Abraham blesses. #ChristJesus is a #Priest after Him who has no beginning or ending of days. Time again the comparison is clear, that #JesusChrist; #Yeshua came from the #Eternal to #dieforoursins, yet we also see that he was not only the #sacrificial #LambofGod but the #HighPriest of God as well, after the order of #Melchisedec. The writer of Hebrews places this here as a #testimony to the #LordGod and his calling the end from the beginning. The emphasis here is eternal, #ancientofdays, no beginning, and no ending. Therefore, we can conclude positively he is the #Alpha and #Omega, the beginning, and the ending; the #Almighty, see #Revelation 1:8 KJV.
