To mark Black History Month this year we were delighted to have Andrew Nyamayaro, Director at Tann Law and Chairman of the Warwickshire Law Society, come to deliver for the Wright Hassall staff.
His talk covers:
• His career story thus far;
• The challenges he has faced to date as a black man in an industry not overly renowned for diversity;
• In his experience, what he sees as the key areas for improving diversity in the legal industry and how this can be achieved; and
• How law firms in Warwickshire like WH can work with the Law Society to promote diversity and be good allies.
