Bernard is true inspiration & has really been trough it all. It really goes to show that it doesnt matter what you have gone through in the past, what matters is who you are right now!
Today he shares his story of self destruction of drink, drugs, addiction, mental health, violence & homelessness, to now inspiring others with his story and helping people living on the streets.
He has appeared on TV & Radio many times, spoke in schools and colleges and has also shared his story on the Ted X stage.
He is also a HUGE advocate of mental health and advises anyone that has mental health issues
that its OK to speak with someone.
