In this episode of Real Raw Honest, we sit down with Diana Fayad, founder, senior HR
consultant, and strategist behind some of the most impactful talent and leadership development systems across Lebanon, KSA, UAE, Egypt, and Pakistan.

This conversation pulls back the curtain on the current recruitment landscape and exposes what’s really happening beneath the surface: burnout in key roles, the silent loss of quality talent, high-level tension and sleepless nights in C-suites, and the widening disconnect between what leaders expect and what their people actually need.

We dig into the growing challenges of hiring and retention, the Gen Z readiness gap in the Gulf region, and why HR often feels like it’s caught in the middle trying to hold the system together while nobody’s addressing the root of the cracks. If you’ve ever felt the pressure of leading without support, recruiting without alignment, or carrying the emotional labour of organisational breakdown, this episode will feel like truth you didn’t know you needed.
