Anne Reid’s guests today are two experienced mental health professionals who are creating a paradigm shift in the world of parenting children. The concept of Palliative Parenting arose out of Jennifer Sevick’s experience working as a Hospice provider. Jenn and the founder of the Children’s Mental Health Resource Center, Elizabeth Errico, are translating Jenn’s experiences in palliative care (providing dying individuals with the best quality of life each day) to children living with mental illness or other disorders and their families. Jenn and Elizabeth share what they have created, how they are educating others, and their plans for the future.
