He tells his story of burning out in spiritual studies, and then recovering and growing through practices, modalities, and techniques from inspired guides and teachers while discovering his own gifts to help himself and others on their healing journeys. Ari shares some principles and stories of somatic modalities (definition of somatic: "relating to the body, especially as distinct from the mind") and the subtle, but profound, impact they can have in helping us to change and overcome. He shares the importance of spirituality in connection with the body and mind for our overall happiness and wellness.
