Anders Otteson is the explorer and creator behind the channel Uncanny Expeditions that focuses on documenting the military and government installations that inhabit the remote wilderness areas of the American southwest. As a lover of the solitude of the desert, and an avid researcher of clandestine activities like those found at Area 51, the channel has become a visual diary of places where secrecy and mystery intersect with the unique beauty of the environment. These videos often make use of specialty equipment such as long range telephoto lenses, night vision, and thermographic imaging to capture aircraft and activities outside the visual spectrum to give viewers a window into a world not often seen.Tune in on YouTube at: https://www.youtube.com/@UncannyExpeditions
