On this week's episode of the podcast, I am opening up about my struggle with being open to receiving what I want. Sometimes I carry so much fear and caution around receiving, and it's an area of my life I'm really working to shift.
But the work is harder to do than it is to talk about- and that's why I'm sharing some of the questions I've thought of, the way I'm trying to coach myself through it, and sharing a perspective that helps us all remember that it is okay to have desires- it's okay to want more in our lives, and it's okay to ask for it.
On the eve of the new moon and new lunar month that begins Thursday/Friday (April 1st), this is truly a perfect time to begin to look at your heart's desires.
