The April full moon is upon us, and it's working with the elements of air and fire to create inspiration and motivation within and all around us. Air activates ideas, while fire initiates the energy. Together, they're a powerful combination that can be a huge catalyst for change when expressed at a high frequency. However, if expressed while at a low frequency, they can be volatile and destructive.

The April full moon is guiding us to stand in our power, to stay true to ourselves amongst the chaos and disruption. It's reminding us to reclaim our sovereignty and go within to find peace and balance. Air and fire are agents for change, and the April full moon is purging us of our old patterns to prepare for eclipse season later this month. We have to let go of the old to embrace the new!

Every full moon shines bright to encourage us to let go while the moon holds space for us and holds the light of the sun. Welcome to the April Full Moon Guided Meditation! Within this meditation, we'll guide you to release and let go with the full moon, creating more space for peace and balance within your life.
