It's easy to do. Life just passes you by. I get it, it happens to me regularly. That's why it's important to take time out to review (and appreciate) how far you've travelled. Whether you've realised it or not - you've come along way in the last few years. Make sure you give yourself the credit you deserve.
In true Confidence and Self Esteem style; if you are looking to become more confident or have increased self esteem; you have to get slightly out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself and I'm no different when it comes to this.
