It was a gruesome satanic murder of a 19 year-old Tennessee woman in 1995 that delivered Christa Pike to Tennessee's death row in 1996. She has been the only woman on death row in the state and Wednesday was her day to be executed, the first woman to be executed in 200 years in the state, but that didn't go as planned. After 2 attempts at lethal injection she remained alive, the room was closed to witnesses and the work began to keep Pike alive. Oddly, 20 minutes before they were killing Pike and then found themselves saving her life, loading her in an ambulance. What does that say about society? Governor Bill Lee called off the execution Wednesday night, but this is not the first botched Tennessee execution. In May 2026. Tony Carruthers was to be executed. The same doctor who oversaw Pike also oversaw Carruthers when the attempt to find a vein for a backup IV failed.   Again, Governor Bill Lee paused that execution for a year. Also, Donald Trump says the economy is 'better than ever.' Not all American's are feeling that yet, but the underlying indicators may tell the same story Trump is. CEO of Beverly Hills Precious Metals, Andrew Schorchini joins Booker to carefully look at the future indications the economy could possibly blastoff.
