In this episode, we dive into the concept of TABS and what the Occupational Therapist (OT) will be teaching us on Wednesday about the importance of taking breaks. This valuable session aims to help us better manage our time and stress levels by incorporating regular breaks into our routines.
We also celebrate the AFYA Summer Awards, where OTs and Grace recognized various groups and programs within our community for their outstanding contributions. Danielle Butin, CEO of Afya, expressed her heartfelt thanks to all the volunteers and community members for their dedication and hard work. Mayor Mike Spano of Yonkers also extended his gratitude towards Afya for its impactful work.

Additionally, I share a personal example on the podcast about how TABS (Taking Breaks) has benefited me and the community. We discuss how OTs are making a significant difference by giving back and supporting us.
