Shida wins following the tragic detail of Hana Kimura another young Japanese female wrestler following in Shida's footsteps at the age of 22. Shida commented of Kimura's death saying "Sudden things are preceded by feelings of insecurity and unbelievability.
I will pray for the souls."

Best Friends (Chuck Taylor and Trent) defeated Private Party (Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen) to become number one contender for the AEW World Tag Team Championship

Brian Cage (with Taz) defeated Darby Allin, Colt Cabana, Orange Cassidy, Joey Janela, Scorpio Sky, Kip Sabian, Frankie Kazarian, and Luchasaurus in a Casino Ladder match for a future AEW World Championship match

MJF (with Wardlow) defeated Jungle Boy
