So, as Jaymes said, our SME's are industry experts who really understand the needs of the field and can help identify what skills our students should have upon completion of their program with us. They work in close collaboration with our Learning Science and Assessment team members (specifically the instructional designers and outcomes and assessment specialists) to identify what learning resources and materials will work best within our Learning Management System (Blackboard) and that will be user friendly for our students.
