Prosecutors in Indiana are being blasted by the public access counselor in Indiana over a lack of transparency in the arrest of Richard Allen and what led authorities to arrive at that point.
Luke Britt, whose office is charged with overseeing the publics right to access of information lambasted the prosecution and the state stating that the information should have been available no later than 24 hours after Richard Allen's arrest.
The state, course, has reffered to the gag order as to why they need to throttle information and the need to maintain the integrity of the case.
