Today’s episode is about hope. Both Jess and I decide to be a little bit vulnerable as we each share a personal story about losing hope and then finding it again.

We briefly discuss body image, and I think this topic is so so important to discuss as this is something that is very prevalent in many of our lives.

Jess is a fantastic human being. She’s smart, introspective, kind, and intuitive. It was a privilege to record two episodes with her and to learn more about her and her story.

I needed this today!!! Hope is so important to me… sometimes I forget and struggle!!! Jessica o admire your strength and courage to recognize this you wanted to change and do it!! Kyra as always I love your thoughts!!! I love that you are in a place in your life where it is ok to talk about the terrible struggles you have experienced and how they have drawn you to. Christ!!!
