I fear the God that put the breath in me. If I don't serve him and live for him, I know for a fact he can snatch the breath out of my body. We are not our own. But we can do what we please, but we'll have to answer to God still in the end. Whether we believe or not, in the end every knee shall bow.

When the world gets through letting you down, you'll believe in something. If not God, the one that cause you to live and breathe, it will be a done deal. If we caused ourselves to be here to live, then I do believe we wouldn't need God then.

The company doesn't want its employees to think for themselves and use their best judgement. This is just a controlling mechanism probably suggested by some consulting company to satisfy shareholder concern.
