Franklin (5:50), a successful business owner, champion Pro Mod racer, and co-owner of the Professional Drag Racers Association, has already transformed VMP in his short time running the venue and has big things in store for the place. Virginia Tourism Corporation President & CEO Rita McClenny (29:01) loves racing in the state of Virginia. The iconic Virginia Is For Lovers brand has jumped on board for Richmond Raceway's new Xfinity Series race this September, and we talk to her about the value of partnering not only for that race but others across the state.
