Hilda is on the show to talk about the principles of a traditional diet, and to tell us some of the wisdom passed on by dentist and researcher Weston A Price when he traveled the world, almost a century ago, to learn about how nutrition affects oral health and overall health. You’ll learn about eating whole foods, fat soluble vitamins found only in animal foods, eating the right fats, bone broth, and more.

Hilda Labrada Gore is the producer and host of the Weston A. Price Foundation's Wise Traditions podcast. An enthusiastic communicator, Hilda is passionate about wellness on every level, which is why she is known as Holistic Hilda. She has traveled the world, following in the footsteps of Dr. Price, connecting with indigenous people, thanking them for their wisdom, and reminding everyone about the importance of following ancestral practices for good health.
