During this invitation period, I've been definitely feeling things come up. More to the point, I began to realize this moment of transformation I'm in.

When we're in transformation, it can feel a lot like being stuck. It can feel frustrating, annoying, irritating, like nothing is moving forward and we just have the 'not-nice feels' for no reason.

Welcome to transformation when you're struggling against it.

Rather than struggle against transformation, we can embrace it. Recognize it for what it is and lean into it wholly. I'm sharing the moments of awareness I've had recently that remind me I'm in the process of transformation.
