I think all systems go is to remind me it's time to get going time to wake myself up. I have been having just a horrible time getting rest in the middle of the night. I either wake up and then I don't go back to sleep for three hours. My mind is really active. I think that's part of, and I got a couple of business projects I'm working on right now that have just sort of taken over. Not always good, but maybe today will be different. Maybe I'll sleep during day. You know, I haven't taken an afternoon nap in months and months, which is a good sign because, you know, I remember

When my heart failure hit me years ago. Oh, that was back in 2014. That was a long time back. But I do remember that it wore me out and I was sleeping during the day a couple hours. So I always felt a little bit groggy and you know, so I've been fighting that back and I'm not going to fall back into that because I do words of affirmation and I tell myself, Hey Dave, you're okay. You're fine. Well, let's see what happens after this show, because I'm gonna go into the abyss. I'm gonna go into the, to the, I'm gonna, I'm gonna, I'm gonna cross a bridge here and I'm gonna try to do it between two different topics and it's between a personal relationship and a business relationship. Cause I do believe a lot of what happens in a personal relationship is very similar to what could happen, you know, with a business. And maybe there's a lot to be learned from there. You know, there's a book out that Gary Chapman wrote called the five love languages, how to express heartfelt commitment to your mate. Now I'm gonna go through it as he's laid it out here. And then I'm gonna sort of fill in maybe backfill in a little bit of how it affects your maybe your business relationship as well. So hold tight and wish me well, but you know what?
