In October 2021, Julie ventured into the country nicknamed, the Cradle of Civilization. Her trip was only supposed to last 48 hours, but it quickly turned into 4 months. Along the way, Julie filmed a 12-episode documentary about her travels to provide a different narrative and perspective on Iraq: including its rich history, culture, and amazing hospitality.
