You're sitting there ready to make a new character. You naturally reach for your dice to roll up Attributes first. But wait! Did you consider where that character came from first? Why is this character you are about to roll up a cyborg in the first place? What made them want to volunteer for the dangerous conversion process? And why did they choose the military over civil service? Today we explore what makes NGR characters unique and how you should be thinking about them in your campaign whether you are a GM, a player, or both!
